Fast delivery across Europe

We ship from our warehouse in Przemyśl, Poland. Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days and delivered to customers across Europe within 3–7 business days depending on the destination.

01 Order processing & dispatch

Orders placed on r5d5.com are processed on business days (Monday–Friday), excluding Polish public holidays.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 noon on a business day are typically processed the same day
  • Orders placed after 12:00 noon or on weekends/holidays are processed on the next business day
  • Processing time is 1–3 business days from the moment of order confirmation and payment clearance
  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking number once your parcel has been handed to the carrier

All items are carefully packed to protect equipment during transit. For fragile components and electronics, additional protective packaging is used.

02 Delivery zones & estimated times

We deliver to all EU/EEA countries and selected non-EU destinations. Estimated times are counted in business days from dispatch:

Estimated delivery times are indicative and may be affected by carrier capacity, customs clearance (for non-EU shipments), or force majeure events. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.

03 Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country, parcel weight, and dimensions. The exact shipping cost for your order is shown clearly at checkout before payment — there are no hidden fees.

  • We occasionally offer free shipping on qualifying orders — any applicable threshold is displayed on the website
  • For heavy or oversized orders (e.g. multiple drones), a shipping surcharge may apply and will be shown at checkout
Non-EU shipments (UK, NO, CH): Import duties, customs fees, and local VAT may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are not included in our prices and are determined by your country's customs authority.

04 How your order gets to you

1 Order confirmed

You receive an order confirmation email. We begin preparing your parcel.

2 Parcel packed & labelled

Your items are checked, carefully packed, and assigned a tracking number.

3 Dispatched

The parcel is collected by the carrier. You receive a dispatch email with your tracking link.

4 In transit

Track your parcel in real time using the link provided. Carrier updates are sent automatically.

5 Delivered

Your order arrives at the address provided at checkout. Risk and title pass to you upon delivery.

05 Incorrect or incomplete address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We process orders quickly and may not be able to make changes once the parcel has been dispatched.

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping costs may apply.
  • We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an address incorrectly entered at checkout

06 Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

While the vast majority of deliveries arrive on time and in perfect condition, occasionally issues occur. Here is what to do:

  • Delayed parcel: If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, first check your tracking link. If the parcel shows no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
  • Lost parcel: If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
  • Damaged on arrival: If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents before opening fully, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

07 Failed delivery attempts

If the carrier is unable to deliver your parcel (e.g. nobody is home), they will typically:

  • Leave a delivery notification card with instructions for re-delivery or collection
  • Attempt delivery again on the next business day (depending on carrier policy)
  • Hold the parcel at a local depot or parcel point for collection, usually for 7–14 days

If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected within the carrier's holding period, we will contact you. Re-shipping costs will apply. If you no longer want the order, we will refund the product cost minus the original shipping cost.
