iFlight

iFlight Gear for Every Part of the Build

Most FPV brands make one thing well. iFlight makes the whole quad — finished drones, XING motors, BLITZ flight controllers and ESCs, antennas and chargers. That makes repairs simpler: the same parts that fly in iFlight's own drones are sold separately.

Ready-to-Fly iFlight Drones

Every drone here is BNF — bind-and-fly. You bring the radio, goggles and batteries; TBS versions need a radio with a Crossfire module. The lineup splits by video system:

  • Analog: the Mach R5 Sport 6S for racing and the Nazgul XL5 V1.1 ECO, a 6" all-rounder. Low latency and a low cost per crash.
  • DJI O4: the Nazgul Evoque F5 V3 and F5D V2, the F7 with GPS for longer flights, and the 2" Defender 20 Lite cinewhoop for 4K footage in tight spaces.

Compare them with other brands in the FPV drones catalog.

Choosing an iFlight Antenna

The video system decides the antenna, not the other way round. The Albatross V2 comes as RHCP with SMA for most analog setups and as LHCP with RP-SMA for DJI digital, where air unit and goggles both use LHCP. It rejects the opposite polarization by about 25 dB — mix them and over 99% of the signal is gone. The 180 mm version (11.5 g) clears the frame on 5–7" quads; the 90 mm one fits compact builds. At €8–9, an iFlight antenna is the cheapest spare worth carrying. Other brands sit in the drone antennas section.

Building With BLITZ and XING Parts

If you build or repair rather than buy ready-made, the electronics come separately:

  • ESCs: the BLITZ E55S 4-in-1 for typical freestyle builds, the E80 4-in-1 Pro and E80 single for large long-range and cine rigs.
  • Flight controllers: the BLITZ H7 Pro for quads and the BLITZ Wing H743 for fixed-wing aircraft.
  • Motors: XING 4214 X-Class in 400KV and 660KV.
  • Power: the BLITZ BEC V1.1 and a 3A LC filter for clean camera and VTX power.

What Else Is Worth Adding to the Cart

Cheap items protect expensive ones. The XT60-to-XT30 smoke stopper catches a short on first power-up before it reaches an €80 flight controller. The explosion-proof bag helps contain a LiPo fire while charging or in transport. And the HOTA D6 Pro charges two packs at once, so a field session doesn't stop after the first battery.

FAQ

  • XING 4214: 400KV or 660KV?

Lower KV spins slower per volt and suits bigger props or higher-voltage packs. 660KV gives more RPM on lower voltage or smaller props. Match KV to your prop size and cell count before ordering.

  • What does an LC filter do?

It smooths electrical noise from the motors before it reaches the camera or VTX. On analog video that noise shows up as lines in the image that change with throttle.

  • Which batteries can the HOTA D6 Pro charge?

LiPo, LiHV, Li-ion and other common chemistries. Check the charge profile in the menu before connecting a pack — a wrong profile is the usual cause of a puffed battery.
