01 General information

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the online store at r5d5.com and any purchase you make through it. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

We make every effort to display accurate product information, including descriptions, specifications, images, and prices. However:

• Product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual item
• Specifications are provided by manufacturers and may be subject to change without notice
• All products are subject to availability — if an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you promptly to offer an alternative, a delayed shipment, or a full refund
• We reserve the right to limit order quantities per customer

All products sold through r5d5.com are genuine, brand-new items from authorised distribution channels. Each product complies with CE certification and relevant European safety standards unless stated otherwise.

04 Pricing and payment

All prices displayed on r5d5.com are in EUR (or the currency shown at checkout) and include applicable VAT where required by law. Shipping costs are calculated separately and shown before you complete your order.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
• PayPal and other methods available at checkout
• Bank transfer (for orders where this option is shown)

Payment is processed at the time of ordering. We do not store your full card details — all card transactions are handled by PCI-DSS certified payment processors.

05 Order process and contract formation

Placing an item in your cart does not constitute a binding order. A contract between you and R5D5 is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email confirming that your order has been accepted and payment processed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example in cases of suspected fraud, stock errors, or payment issues. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

06 Shipping and delivery

We ship across Europe. Delivery times and costs depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (carrier delays, customs, public holidays). We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs authorities.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

07 Right of withdrawal (returns)

As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason (EU Directive 2011/83/EU).

To exercise this right:

• Contact us at sales@r5d5.com or +48 574 686 916 before the 14-day period expires
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging
• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund — including original standard shipping costs — within 14 days using the same payment method you used.

08 Warranty and defective goods

All products sold through r5d5.com carry the official manufacturer's warranty. Warranty periods vary by brand and product — please refer to the product page or documentation included with your item.

In addition, under Polish and EU consumer law, you have a statutory right to remedies for defective goods for 2 years from the date of purchase. If a product is defective, you may be entitled to:

• Repair or replacement of the defective item
• A price reduction
• A full refund if repair or replacement is not possible

To report a defective product, contact us at sales@r5d5.com with your order number and a description (and photos if possible) of the defect. We will respond within 14 days with next steps.

09 Intellectual property

All content on r5d5.com — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and the overall design — is the property of Jet DP Sp. z o.o or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

Brand names, trademarks, and product names mentioned on our website (e.g. iFlight, BrotherHobby, Foxeer, HQProp, Matek, Raspberry Pi) remain the property of their respective owners.

10 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, R5D5 and Jet DP Sp. z o.o shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Damage caused by improper use of products, non-compliance with manufacturer instructions, or violation of aviation regulations
• Temporary unavailability of the website due to maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our control

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.

11 Acceptable use

When using r5d5.com you agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or malicious content
• Use automated tools (scrapers, bots) to extract content or data without our written consent

12 Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of r5d5.com shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Polish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you hold under the law of your country of residence.
